Resources for Teens (and Everyone!)
Here are some YouTube channel and Instagram account suggestions from our Youth Minister, Renee, to keep you fed during this time. Most of these are great not only for our teens, but the whole parish.

YouTube:
Ascension Presents: This is the channel I visit almost daily, gaining inspiration and insight for many youth lessons. Yes, this is where I find all those Fr. Mike Schmitz videos, but they have many great speakers, such as the Friars of the Renewal, Jackie & Bobbie (great relationship and everyday advice), and weekly Gospel reflections.

Chris Bray: This is a new one for me, but one I plan on visiting a lot more. He is a great musician, but especially check out his #allthatcatholicstuff video series. He gives mini Catechism lessons in six minutes or less. Watch as a family and then discuss!

Chris Stefanick: Movie-eque videos combined with an amazing speaker--I can't get enough of this channel. Older teens might remember him from their Confirmation classes. I never leave his videos without being inspired.

LifeTeen: A trusted Catholic teen organization for decades. Their channel has everything from lessons and Lenten reflections, to comedy. Check out their playlists to find your favorite series.

Word On Fire: This is Bishop Barron's channel. He goes quite in-depth on a fascinating array of subjects. Usually done in a conversation format, they certainly aren't boring, and would be great to listen to on a walk, while doing a puzzle, or to help you redirect your late-night thoughts away from all the scary news. He also has daily Mass!

Fr. Chris Ortega: A priest who shares his love of Jesus, working out, and laughter. Give your feed an extra dose of encouragement, comedy, and puns. 
Blessed Is She: Beautiful quotes to uplift your day.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

RCIA is a way for our community to share its faith and understanding of God with interested people. The process of RCIA is a nine month effort that helps interested people become comfortable with basic ideas about God, faith, community and prayer and investigate membership in the church.

High School Youth Group

The High School Youth Group is open to all high school youth and helps them experience a deeper personal relationship with God. Through prayer, teaching, discussion, music, service and social activities, youth get a better understanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. All youth are Welcome!
